The New Albany Housing Authority (“NAHA” or “Authority”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide technical assistance to support public housing reinvestment through the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development’s Rental Assistance Demonstration (“RAD”) housing program pursuant to the Consolidated and Further Continuing Appropriations Act of 2012, as amended.

Co-Developer for Cross Creek Apartments, Valley View Apartments and Riverside Terrace Apartments
The New Albany Housing Authority (“NAHA” or the “Authority”) is seeking Statements of Qualifications from experienced development teams (“Respondents”) for redevelopment of three (3) low income housing developments: (1) a 59-unit Section 8 Mod Rehab development called “Cross Creek Apartments”; (2) a 40-unit Rental Assistance Demonstration (“RAD”) funded development called “Valley View”; and (3) a 120-unit public housing development called “Riverside Terrace”, all of which are further described below in Section 1.3 of this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) (the “Redevelopment”). The NAHA selection process under this RFQ will result in NAHA’s selection of a co-developer partner (“Developer Partner”). NAHA shall serve as a co-developer together with its Developer Partner and shall play a significant role in the Redevelopment.
