The New Albany Housing Authority board of commissioners meets regularly to discuss matters regarding the housing authority, its budget, its properties, and its residents' needs. Board members must receive appointment by Mayor Jeff Gahan and are governed under the leadership of Executive Director David Duggins and Chairperson Terry Gerkins.
