What is Affordable Housing?
Privately-owned housing for low-income families and individuals in which government subsidies, often in the form of tax-credit or vouchers, are used to offset rental costs so that housing units can be offered below market-rate to those who are income qualified.

Beechwood Court
Beechwood Court
Beechwood Court was rebuilt in 2024 but the original structures were formed in 1942 as single story apartments. Now, they are a mix of affordable housing, two story townhome duplexes and flats, as well as a low-rise apartment building. Homes on NAHA's Beechwood campus contain amenities such as dishwashers, ceiling fans and ample green space.
