What is Affordable Housing?
Privately-owned housing for low-income families and individuals in which government subsidies, often in the form of tax-credit or vouchers, are used to offset rental costs so that housing units can be offered below market-rate to those who are income qualified.

Shoreline Villas
Shoreline Villas (formerly known as Riverside Terrace) is a campus of New Albany Housing Authority townhomes that was established in 1982. Newly remodeled, it features amenities such as second floor washer/dryer hookups, stainless steel appliances and ceiling fans. Shoreline Villas is also home to the Riverside Recreation Center.
