What is Public Housing?
Government owned housing for low-income families, seniors and disabled people that is managed by a local housing authority and funded federally through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in which residents pay up to 30% of their monthly adjusted income in rent.

Broadmeade Terrace
A collection of family townhomes built in 1979. Amenities include washer/dryer hook ups, local basketball court and playground. This property is in walking distance to Parkview Rec Center, convenience and grocery stores as well as Baptist Health Hospital. Broadmeade Terrace is also accessible along TARC lines.
