What is Public Housing?
Government owned housing for low-income families, seniors and disabled people that is managed by a local housing authority and funded federally through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in which residents pay up to 30% of their monthly adjusted income in rent.
Parkview Terrace is NAHA's largest campus. Built in 1951 it is a collection of two-story family townhomes and duplexes. Parkview Terrace is home to over 300 single and family units. Amenities include washer/dryer hook ups, local basketball court and playground. This property is in walking distance to Parkview Rec Center, convenience and grocery stores as well as Baptist Health Hospital. Parkview Terrace is also accessible along TARC lines.
